It's easy to book an appointment with us!
Please answer these questions before you book:
1. Are you feeling unwell with signs of possible coronavirus?
2. Have you recently returned from abroad?
3. Are you self-isolating?
4. Have you been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19?
If you have answered 'YES' to any of these questions, then please call us on 01932 565 082 to discuss the best type of appointment for you.
You can book your appointment online or by phone.
Appointments are 15 minutes long, and for one pet only. Please note that the vet can only discuss one problem, or two minor problems, in a consultation. If you have a lot of queries, you may need to book a longer consultation. If you are bringing more than one pet, you must book an appointment for each pet, these appointments can be arranged back to back, so that you only have one trip to the clinic.
Vet in-clinic consultation: £39.98
Vet phone consultation: £20
Nurse in-clinic consultation: £18
Nurse clinic (for chronic conditions): £10
Please note that during the ongoing coronavirus situation, and cases now rising again, we are currently not offering home visit
If your pet needs an in-person appointment after your phone consultation, this is done for £19.98. You will only pay one consultation fee of a total of £39.98 to speak to and see the vet.
Remember that all vet and nurse consultations are FREE if your pet is a member of our Healthy Pet Club!
Nurse Consultations are £18, and they can cover all of your questions about:
Diet and feeding
Flea and worming choices
Uncomplicated flea and worming infestations (if your pet is poorly, or has sore skin, then you will need to see a vet)
Anal gland emptying (if there is evidence of an anal gland infection, or your pet is poorly, then you will need to see the vet)
Routine nurse clinics are £10, and these provide care for patients with ongoing conditions such as diabetes, obesity and arthritis.
If after your nurse consultation or clinic, your pet requires a veterinary surgeon examination and advice, then you will only pay the difference between the nurse consult/clinic and the vet consult fee.
